The EC120B, also known as the ‘Colibri’ (Hummingbird), is designed for mission -flexibility.

A 1.7 ton, single-engine turbine aircraft, it features advanced technologies for simple, safe and cost-efficient operations as well as easy maintenance. It is the only fully FAR/JAR 27 certified helicopter in its class. The state-of-the-art ergonomic cockpit features a dual LCD-screen Vehicle and Engine Multifunction Display (VEMD), which greatly decreases the pilot’s workload, and its Turbomeca Arrius 2F engine offers exceptional fuel efficiency.

Airbus EC130B4 Helicopter

The new generation EC130B4 is a light, turbine engine helicopter with all the latest technology. The roomy, modular cabin seats one pilot plus six passengers.

Its Fenestron tail rotor and automatic rotor speed control result in a significantly reduced operation noise level. Reliable power is provided by the Turbmeca Arriel 2 turbine engine which has a dual channel FADEC (Full Authority Digital Engine Control) with a third independent back-up channel. Integrated VFR equipment coupled with a GPS is fitted as standard for day and night missions.
